The above is a line from a James Bond movie starring Pierce Brosnon but it was one of the first things I thought of after watching the Super Stock race from the infield Saturday night. I took a series of photos of the actions I have commented on. It was too dark to print and share the said photos but I can see the details that back up my comments.
This is not Idaho Rally 2008 or 2007 but it is intersting.

Seven local racers will be crowned champions after this weekends races at the f-bar arena in kuna.
Well the holidays are behind us and the ksrts are ready to tear up the indoor track in Caldwell again as they get ready for the home stretch in the 2008-09 indoor season. As is tradition with the caldwell series, the racers took a break after the first three races to enjoy the holiday season and now are ready for five big race dates in the next wo months to battle for a championship.
So the time has come (and almost gone) to winterize your car. On my Hornet the winterizing has not included very much this year. I at least drained the radiator. My car has not had antifreeze in it for a couple of years so it is important to get enough of the water out to not cause problems. Just opening the drain plug does not get enough out of it.
In June of 2001, Idaho native, Davey Hamilton was continuing his climb to the top of the Indy Racing League history books as the only driver to start every IRL race since its inception. He already had seven podium finishes in the league and finished second in points twice, including an exciting six point differential to eventual champion and current Nextel Cup Driver, Tony Stewart in 1997.

Can it be true that we are already to the final month of the 2008 season at local race tracks.

When the flag man shows you this flag hold your line and stay out of the way because... "there's a race going on and you're not in it."
that you can't win a race in the first lap. Justin Padour won the Street Stock main in the first 7 laps at Meridian Speedway on Saturday night. But then that was the shortest main event I have seen.
